Once the servers recover, I have a new blog page that is solely dedicated to educating people about CASA. I am linking people to the national webpage like I have here but I am also going to take time to go into depth about the training I got, the volunteer experiences you can have, where CASAs fit into the juvenile court system and anything else that comes to me.
The main reason is to try to engender interest in CASA either through donations of time or funds. Even if the person reading my blog isn't interested in volunteering, hopefully they will come away with enough information to share with someone else who may be interested in volunteering.
I am going to list it on the side so make sure when you visit this site you visit the sites listed here too. Thanks and maybe you'll be able to help a child or tell someone about CASA who will be able to help a child.
